I have managed to repair the tilt.

After many months of use, I discovered that the loose tilt axis has two plastic covers on either end. Upon removing them, I found two 4mm Allen M6 screws. Once tightened, the axis became completely stable. I'm now satisfied with the product. However, I can only give it three stars because no one provided a solution to my earlier complaint. I only happened to find this simple fix by chance.
The lateral tilt (third axis) has a lot of play, not a stable hold for any camera or binocular.

I purchased this head one year ago for use with binoculars. The azimuth and altitude axes work well, but the lateral tilt axis has a lot of play so that the binoculars or camera move on this axis no matter how much the handle is tightened. Not suitable for camera use if you want the field to remain constant. The slightest touch on the third axis handle moves de camera several degrees.
