USB-C chargeable LiFePO4 bank with unregulated 12V and auto-turn-off for USB

I bought this power bank because it can be USB-C charged. So if I lose or break the charger that came with the device, I can still charge it. This is a great advantage. The battery bank is LiFePO4 which means it's heavier than NMC of the equivalent capacity, but more long-lasting. The 12V output is unregulated so you can always draw power and there is no auto-turn-off if the 12V output current consumption falls below a threshold. This is a good feature, since if the mount draws little current, it continues to be powered. The 12V output has quite high voltage drop. I measured drop from 13V to 12V when current was increased from 0.2A to 4.5A. This is quite big drop, and means that already at 10% state of charge when the battery voltage falls to 12 volts, a 4.5 ampere motor in the mount causes the voltage to drop to 11 volts, which may be at the boundary of what the mount finds acceptable, so you shouldn't let the battery completely empty or the mount might misbehave when switching between objects. The USB has auto-turn-on feature but it works only in some cases, and I reproducibly managed to cause an issue where the auto-turn-on did not work. However, you can by pressing the button always turn it manually on. A problem with the USB output is that you need to draw at least 80 milliamperes of current. If you draw only 79 milliamperes, the USB outputs don't stay on, but at 81 milliamperes, they do (measured with different-valued resistors). I would find it better if the USB outputs could power devices with as little as 10 milliampere consumption.
