We deliver world-wide. Particularly within the European Union, delivery is fast and straightforward. Please take note of the information regarding methods of payment, delivery costs and delivery times for international orders. For additional questions, please use our contact form.

Who delivers my order?

Our customers are able to choose from the various delivery companies we employ. We use DHL, GLS and UPS as logistics partners to be able to offer our customers optimal delivery and service conditions.

DHL-Standard

DHL is our logistics partner for an inexpensive and secure international delivery service. Delivery time using DHL Standard (for deliveries within the European Union) is 2-6 working-days from dispatch of the goods. Delivery times for countries outside the European Union can be found on DHL’s world-wide delivery times list.

Please note that COD deliveries with DHL-standard are only possible for goods with a value of up to 3,500 Euros. Please have the 2 Euros collection fee ready for the DHL courier as well as the invoice total in cash.

General Logistics Systems (GLS)

GLS is our logistics partner, providing an inexpensive and secure standard delivery service.

Delivery time using GLS (for deliveries within the European Union) is 1-4 working-days from dispatch of the goods. GLS delivers from Monday to Friday, all day.

United Parcel Service (UPS)

UPS is our logistics partner for fast and secure deliveries and can also deliver express.

The standard delivery time with UPS is 1-5 working-days.

Delivery times

UPS Standard: delivery time 1-5 working days, delivered during the course of the day

UPS Express Saver: delivery time 1-5 working days, delivered up to 12:00 noon.

UPS Express: delivery time 1-3 working days, delivered up to 10:30 in the morning

UPS Express Plus:  delivery time 1-2 working days, delivered up to 9:00 o’clock.

UPS delivers from Monday to Friday, all day.

Please note that UPS Express and Express Plus are not always available as standard delivery methods in the on-line shop. If, nevertheless, you still wish to use these delivery methods, then please select ‘Express Saver’ in the on-line shop. Then please ‘phone us so that we can set up the correct delivery method for you.

or COD payments of invoice totals, the maximum amount per receiver and per day allowed is equivalent to 5,000 USD in the respective national currency.

What do the delivery charges cost?

The delivery charges depend on the number and weight of the packages as well as the country to which they are to be sent. The details of weight- and country-dependent delivery costs are listed in a table on our website.

You can also find the delivery charges directly on the product page, where you can simply click on the link under the price to see the additional delivery charges.

After you have filled your shopping cart and entered your address, you will then be shown the exact delivery charges involved, before you finalise your order.

As the delivery charges are particularly high for some products and to some countries, we reserve the right to calculate the actual delivery costs involved independently of the sums indicated. However, in such rare cases we will check with you first before dispatching the goods.

How long does it take for the delivery to be sent out?

Please check the details included for each individual product. Each product page includes how long it takes to dispatch that particular article. Please note that this period is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Besides this, the period for the actual transport must still be added. The following section explains our delivery time symbols.

 Usually ready for shipping in 24 h – i.e. we have the product in stock and, depending on the method of payment, it will generally be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.

 Usually ready for shipping in 3-5 days – i.e. the product is not currently in stock but can usually be re-ordered from the supplier at short notice.

However, due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers, deliveries may be delayed. We can, however, inquire regarding the exact delivery time for you from our suppliers in individual cases. If this should be the case, you will be informed by us immediately regarding the new delivery date via email.

 Product will be shipped by 01.02.11 – means the product is in not currently in stock and is only expected to be available for delivery from the date given.

How long does the delivery take?

How long the delivery will take depends on the method of delivery you selected.

Please check the details in the shopping cart on the Payment and Shipping page. There, you can select between various shipping companies and see how long the estimated delivery times are for your order.

We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

No investigation request can be made when in the delivery is transit. You can, however, sometimes follow the status of the delivery on-line, depending upon shipping company concerned.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, you can order articles that are in stock up to 14:00, to be guaranteed delivery by 12:00 noon on the following workday. A small surcharge will be made for this. This service is valid for Germany and for most European countries. More exact information can be seen during the ordering process when the delivery method is selected.

How can I track the delivery status of my order?

You will receive confirmation of shipment from us on the day your goods are handed over to the delivery company via email. The email will have a link for tracking your package. Please note that, as a rule, the status can only be tracked after 19:00 on the day of dispatch.
