On opening the upper section, you will find an interior drinks compartment with space for 9 glasses and 2-3 bottles. Additional bottles of your favourite drinks can be stored on the lower shelf, which is additionally fastened and secured via a brass ring. The globe is provided with a hand-crafted reproduction of an 18th century map coloured in fuschia, and can revolve around its meridian when both open or closed. The globe can be easily moved around on its castors.
