Credit card

Payment is easy, we simply charge your credit card for the corresponding amount. We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

To order, you just enter your credit card details using our secure 128-bit SSL encryption system. Your details are then conveyed to our billing partner via a highly secure line and are processed there. We do not store your credit card details or pass them on to any third parties.

Note: At the conclusion of your order, the amount charged to your credit card has, in effect, only been reserved.

The amount charged to the credit card is naturally only debited once the order is dispatched. If you later change your order, meaning a higher or lower invoice total, then we only debit the total for the articles actually dispatched.

You receive an emailed confirmation of dispatch from us on the date your order is transferred to the delivery company. As a rule, orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days within Germany.

Cash on delivery

Payment is simple and easy - paid directly to the delivery service, in cash.

You receive an emailed confirmation of dispatch from us on the date of the transfer of your order to the delivery service. As a rule, orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days.

The COD charge within Germany is usually 5.00 Euros. Some delivery companies charge the customer an additional service fee of up to 2.50 Euros. We have no influence on this however. You can find more exact information at Shipping and delivery conditions.

Advance payment via bank transfer

Note:  You receive 2% discount from us on the invoice total, other than for articles involving book prices. Payment is by bank credit transfer of the invoiced amount to our account, minus the discount.

You can see the exact amount of the transfer, as well as our account details, from the overview at the end of the ordering process, or from the confirmation notification which you receive from us by email shortly after submitting your order.

You also receive a confirmation of dispatch from us by email on the date of the transfer of your order to the delivery service. As a rule, orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days.

Please note: If we do not receive payment within 7 days, your order is automatically cancelled.

Paypal

PayPal allows you pay to simply, quickly and securely.

• simply: you pay via 2 mouse clicks, without needing to enter your bank or credit card details.
• quickly: we generally receive confirmation of payment from PayPal within a few seconds.
• securely: your bank and credit card details are not passed on to any third party.

In order to pay using PayPal, you simply select ‘PayPal’ as the method of payment during the ordering process.

You are then transferred to the PayPal website. There, you can log in and transfer your payment to us. We take care of the fees for this procedure. After payment, you are returned to our website in order to complete the ordering process.

Please note that no discount is permitted with PayPal payments. We usually receive confirmation of payment from PayPal promptly and your order can then be immediately processed.

Note: Depending upon payment mode used in your personal PayPal account, it can take up to several working days until PayPal confirms payment. If PayPal cannot confirm payment within 9 days, the order is automatically cancelled by PayPal. By the way, paying us via PayPal is always free - we take care of the fees.

Are you not yet registered at PayPal? Then opening a PayPal account at www.paypal.com is simple, with just a few mouse clicks. Registering at PayPal only takes a couple of seconds: you just have to enter your email address, postal address and your bank account details. From then on, you can buy on the Internet without any risk of your bank details being passed on to a third party.
